Dr. Lisa Crocker, DVM
Owner and Veterinarian
Dr Crocker is our owner with her husband, Dr. Evan Crocker, DVM. They also own Mercer Island Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Lisa Crocker is a 1994 graduate of Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Crocker enjoys running, weight lifting, cycling, knitting and quilting.
Dr. Xuân Mai Võ
Relief Veterinarian
Dr. Võ moved from the east coast to WA in 2019 when she fell in love with Washington’s mountains, which reminded her of her native Switzerland. She is a graduate of the Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and has earned additional professional certifications in veterinary acupuncture and pain management. Dr.Vo has worked in clinical practice, as professor in academia, and pursuing fun science and medicine related projects such as spending a summer identifying bones in an archaeological dig in the middle east. Her professional passions are cats, adventure pets, pain management, anatomy, and public health. Outside of veterinary medicine, she spends most of her time in the mountains and is involved in avalanche education for the Mountaineers and trail maintenance as part of a team of USDA certified sawyers for the Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance located here in North Bend.
Dr. Carrie Wright, DVM
Relief Veterinarian
Dr Wright had wanted to be a veterinarian since she was 6 years old, and followed a path to lead her to her lifelong dream. She graduated from Colorado State University, and continues to love everything about being a veterinarian. She has a fond interest in geriatric comfort, fear free medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, preventative medicine, and the bonds she forms with her clients and patients. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys her extremely busy life with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 teenage boys. When not coordinating the chaos of family, you can find her practicing yoga, cooking, reading, crafting, and enjoying outdoor adventures like rock climbing.
KC Knudson
Lead Technician and Inventory Manager
KC became a valued team member in 2010. KC brings energy and a swift efficiency to every task she encounters that we credit as a result from her time with the US Navy. KC has worked her way up from an assistant to the medical manager, overseeing the medical products, medications and procedures. KC also is responsible for the training of new staff team members. KC has a wonderful daughter currently enrolled at Hofstra University in New York. KC enjoys spending time with her family and is currently learning to play golf with all the free time she finds herself with as an empty nester! KC’s household is ruled by two cats, “Spike” and “Mittens” that keep the whole family on their toes.
Jeninne Nelson
Lead Technician/Shift Lead
Jeninne arrived at North Bend Animal Clinic in 2006 and has worked both at the front desk and in the back. Jeninne has a calm demeanor that soothes our nervous patients and is positive energy in any room she is in. Jeninne had worked at other clinics prior to North Bend Animal Clinic but chose to call us home and we are blessed she did! She works tirelessly to mentor and train incoming new staff and offers assistance wherever she is needed to the doctors and her co-workers. Jeninne and her husband live with a veritable zoo: 4 cats (“Max”, “Missy”, “Twosie” and “Zeke”), 2 dogs (“Dug” and “Gracie”) and 4 horses (“Wall-e”, “Bri”, “Maya” and “Ellie”) on a beautiful farm in Enumclaw.
Marissa McGuinness
Practice Manager/Technician
Marissa has been with NBAC since 2017 after graduating with honors from PIMA Medical Institute with a Veterinary Assistant Certificate in 2016. Marissa shares her extensive knowledge with the staff and our clients at the front desk and working with doctors and technicians She brings a positive attitude and we are happy to have her on the team! Before working in veterinary medicine, Marissa was a Certified Nursing Assistant. Marissa’s future goals include going back to school to obtain her veterinary technician’s license. Marissa enjoys Disney vacations and watching murder mysteries with her dog, “Hawkeye” and her kitties, “Freya” and “Kasai”.
Erika Howe
Veterinary Assistant
Born and raised in Washington State, but her heart belongs to the ocean & Disney. After graduating from Interlake High School, she decided to skip college and work for a bit. After deciding retail wasn’t for her, she saw that her local animal clinic was hiring. As an avid animal lover and eager to learn, she applied. Since 2015 she’s still going strong and always eager to learn something new in the field. She lives with her wonderful soon to be husband, Ken, his 2 children, 2 dogs, Lilly and Edison, and 2 cats, Cleopatra and Rajah. While they are homebodies, they enjoy hiking, motorcycle rides, and anything that involves swimming.
Jordan Prescott
Veterinary Assistant
Jordan may have been raised on the east coast, but he calls the PNW home. He joined North Bend Animal Clinic in 2022 and has been a valuable team member. Although he does not have any furbabies of his own at this time, he has spent many years working with animals and enjoys spoiling our patients with cuddles while always making them feel at ease. His positivity and laughter is a welcome addition by clients and staff alike. Some of his favorite hobbies include skateboarding, hiking, and exploring Washington on his electric bicycle.
Lucy Bruski
Customer Service Representatives
