Dr Howard graduated from UC Davis in 1992 and purchased this clinic in 1999. Dr. Howard is a skilled surgeon and diagnostician and approaches each case with directness, compassion, and efficiency. In his spare time, Dr. Howard can be found out in the wilderness backpacking, hiking, climbing and taking amazing photographs.

Both of which frequently hold court at the clinic.

KC Knudson, Lead Technician and Inventory Manager became a valued team member in 2010. KC brings energy and a swift efficiency to every task she encounters that we credit as a result from her time with the US Navy. KC works hard at assisting the doctors in surgery, performing dental cleanings and mentoring our new staff. KC manages the inventory for the clinic making sure what the doctors, staff, and clients need is always available. KC has a beautiful daughter that she spends time supporting her dance career with Ignite Dance and Yoga. KC and her husband spend time improving their home with many projects. She also enjoys hiking, the gym and gardening. KC’s household is ruled by two kitties, “Mittens” and “Spike” that keep the whole family on their toes.

Jeninne Nelson, Lead Technician/Shift Lead arrived at North Bend Animal Clinic in 2006 and has worked both at the front desk and in the back. Jeninne has a calm demeanor that soothes our nervous patients and is positive energy in any room she is in. Jeninne had worked at other clinics prior to North Bend Animal Clinic but chose to call us home and we are blessed she did! She works tirelessly to mentor and train incoming new staff and offers assistance wherever she is needed to the doctors and her co-workers. Jeninne and her husband live with a veritable zoo: 4 cats (“Max”, “Missie”, “Twosie” and “Zeke”), 2 dogs (“Gizmo” and “Gracie”) and 3 horses (“Jake”, “Maya” and “Ellie”) on a beautiful farm in Enumclaw.
