At North Bend Animal Clinic, we strive to provide the highest standard of care to all our patients. In order to ensure availability and fairness, we have established the following policy regarding missed appointments.
Missed Appointment Fee
Appointments are reserved specifically for you and your pet. When an appointment is missed or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents us from helping other pets in need. Therefore:
- $50 fee will be charged for missed or late-canceled general appointments, such as wellness exams and routine visits.
- $200 fee will be charged for missed or late-canceled surgery or specialty appointments, including procedures, ultrasounds, and diagnostic services.
What Counts as a Late Cancellation
A cancellation is considered late if notice is given with less than 24 business hours’ notice.
Please note: North Bend Animal Clinic is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. If you have a Tuesday morning appointment (before 1pm), you must cancel or reschedule by 5:00 PM on the preceding Friday to avoid a fee. If you have an appointment after 2pm on Tuesday, you can leave a voicemail over the weekend.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by:
- Calling us at (425) 888-3300 during business hours
- Texting us at (844) 384-5470 (messages are timestamped and reviewed)
- Leaving a voicemail after hours (the timestamp will be honored)
